The Last Guardian

Developer: SCE Japan Studio

Genre: Action Adventure

Platform: Playstation 4

This game has pulled at the heart strings of all gamers alike. The Last Guardian showed players that you dont have to be afraid of what you do not understand. We see a story develop where a young boy is kidnapped by a strange creature of who he will eventually understand and love.

As the plot of this game develops it starts to bring the majestic, mysterious beast  called Trico. I have to admit myself that Trico is very close to my heart.

Trico and the young boy who we do not receive a name for, battle together to save the kingdom. Through thick and thin we see the battle and ability of Trico grow and the love between the two grow even stronger.

Over all this is my new, most favorite game by far and trust me... this game is worth playing till the very end. I give The Last Guardian ★★★★★ rating overall. Excellent game! Take a look at the trailer below to see how amazing the game is and the scenery involved ♡

Playstation Official Magazine UK
"A magnificent, deeply personal tale of a boy and his monster. Smart, subversive and emotionally enriching, this is one of the most evocative games to grace PlayStation in the last decade. Clearly, you can't rush genius. [Jan 2016, p.102]"

New York Daily News
"It all adds up to a terrific relationship that’s further reinforced by a terrific story. It’s a tale too good to give away, with an tremendously worthwhile ending...This is a tremendously worthwhile game, of course, because of the relationship that demands to be experienced."

Assassin's Creed

Initial release: December 14, 2016 (Hollywood)

Rating: ★★★☆☆

Starring:

Michael Fassbender as Aguilar,Cal Lynch,
Marion Cotillard as Dr. Sophia Rikkin,
Jeremy Irons as Rikkin and
Brenddan Gleeson as Joseph Lynch.

Finally the assassins have united to bring us the ultimate action/gaming crossover film we've all been waiting for. The new Assassin's Creed film was brought to us by Justin Kurzel which shows a promising start with the historical background of the Templar's efforts to retrieve The Apple of Eden and the Assassins effort to prevent them from getting it.

If you are a true Assassin's Creed fan then this is the movie for you as the cut scenes and story-line is quite amazing but neither the less this movie
can, at parts,  be a drag.

Where the movie had a lot of action and fight scenes was actually quite amazing. The eagle scenes were the most heart racing 🐦. Unfortunately when it showed the progress of Cal in his prison
like "hospital", where he is to be cred of violence, it seemed to be quite long before we entered the historic era again.

The movie may differ in some way to the game we all play and love as it takes on more of a high tech virtual reality which did make the real life scene a lot more interesting then walking around in the actual game. In some sense the whole high tech virtual reality made the film seem more possible as we are now seeing the development of VR headsets.

Over all I would much rather play the game then watch the movie but saying that I would see the movie again because it is still pretty cool. This movie kind of made me want to release the inner Assassin.....minus the killing!

So as I'm new to blogging it may come apparent that I may not fully have any idea of what I am at but to me that is just fine. Who says that I have to be the best at what I do, who says that I need to be super successful at what I do. I am happy with my life and I am willing to share it with you guys.

Blogging is about telling people about what you like or even dislike and that is how it should be, no fake, no pretending just good honest truth. On the internet there is this sense of forced happiness where people post photos and posts about "how amazing last night was" or the new clothes they got when in fact the night wasn't good and the clothes aren't even their own.

Life is full of both negative and positive. We must embrace them both. To separate the positive from the negative you must have the ability to partake in positive living. When you focus on positive living, you fix your mind on the positive aspects of your life. When you manage to focus on the positive, many of the negative aspects of your life will just vanish. However, there are always some instances where it can be quite difficult to stop yourself from running to the negative. This is simple human nature.

There is no point in hiding if something is negative in your life may cause the negative to become overwhelming. Instead of this fake happiness why not share both the positive and negative and be real. This way giving both aspects some time, not too much of either, will allow one to reach true happiness.
